Standard payment structure:
Deposit: 3000€ - 6000€. Paying the reservation fee, the property will be excluded from the Insolmed sales force channel, which means, that no other person, except you, will have access to acquire the same property.
Purchase contract: To proceed with your buying process, we will kindly request you to agree and sign the purchase contract. You will make initial payments, taking into account your financial needs and affordability. The payments are usually between 10 % and 20 % of the total dwelling price, deducting the previous deposit / reservation fee.
Remaining balance: Excellent finance opportunities. Insolmed SL offers to its clients the possibility to customize finance conditions, guaranteed by prominent and top banks and finance institutions. We will study your particular case, providing you with mortgages with low and attractive rates and fees.
Title deed and keys: After completing the requested down payments, tax and legal obligations (VAT, notary, registry), the client will inspect the property, verifying the correct building completion works. Once the purchase is agreed and satisfied with the future acquisition, the parties, purchaser and vendor will proceed with the title deed and keys given.
